For everyone seeing BMC this weekend
This is super cool and I️ hope you have a lot of fun!!! However I know this might be a lot of your first times seeing a live show, and while this is super exciting for everyone, its important to make sure you’re respectful to the actors during the performance.
Please don’t sing along during the show, or shout things at the actors. Don’t boo when you see the squip, or when Christine and Jeremy get together, even if you wish that was Michael and Jeremy smooching. Just show the same courtesy you would when watching a movie at the theaters. If you try to record the show and are approached and asked to stop, do so, do not argue with them over why boots should be legal and how your friends in other places deserve to see the show too. I️ get it, I’m sure the people working on the show get it, but this is their job and you need to respect that.
Remember that while for all of you this is a fandom thing, for the actors it’s their job and it’s a show they’re doing, and they deserve respect for the love and hard work they’re putting into this show, not to just be compared to the original cast. Be respectful, and have a blast!!
I️ love this fandom and how passionate it is, and the fans are a big reason why this new performance is happening in the first place. So let’s continue to give these hard working performaners good impressions and experiences in regards to the fans!
And for everyone going to the meet up fork is hosting, please remember you’re in a library and act accordingly!!! Don’t yell or sing loudly, run around, all that stuff. Kids please don’t give out personal info to people you meet there, your hotel room or where you live or whatever. Remember that fork organized this with the library and if you act rudely it reflects poorly on her when she was nice enough to organize this, and is a trouble to the library staff kind enough to host your meet up.
((hey all i just finished working two weeks straight with only one day off immediately followed by a convention all weekend so im exhausted as s h i t. but that does mean since i have no cons coming up and work SHOULD be back to a regular schedule i can get back to working on guyslikeus !!! yay!!! sorry about that absence there and thank u so much for bearing with me!! cant wait to get back to it !!! ))
